瑞典台许—约翰森氏发明了一种新式高炉布料装置。据称,使用这种装置可保证布料均匀和降低焦炭消耗。这种布料装置共有三个料钟,小钟 A 用以关闭受料料斗,其下面是直径10英尺(约3公尺)的大钟 B,再下面是大钟 C。大钟 C 提升时就被大钟 B 所掩盖。另在 C 的下面设有布料器 F,F 由扁钢吊挂在主料斗上。各个料钟在不同布料阶段的位置详见图1,2,3,4。三个料钟既可同时亦可分别进行提升或降落。图1表示上下两个料斗装满料的情况。图2表示钟 B 上升而钟 C 稍有下降,炉料经由钟 C和布料器背面落向外墙。图3内的钟 B 位置和图2相同,但钟 C 却下降并套进布料器中,此时炉料仅能沿钟 C 落到外
Sweden Tai Xu - Johansen invented a new blast furnace cloth device. Allegedly, the use of this device can ensure uniform fabric and reduce coke consumption. There are three chimes in this fabricator. Chronograph A is used to close the hopper. Below it is a large bell B of 10 feet (about 3 meters) in diameter, followed by the bell C. Clock C was raised to be overshadowed by the clock B. The other in the C below with a distributor F, F flat hanging from the main hopper. The location of each bell at different stages of the cloth is shown in Figures 1, 2, 3 and 4. Three clocks can be simultaneously or separately to enhance or landing. Figure 1 shows the upper and lower hopper full of material. Figure 2 shows that bell B rises and bell C drops slightly, and the charge falls to the outside wall via bell C and the back of the distributor. The position of the clock B in Fig. 3 is the same as that of Fig. 2, but the clock C is lowered and set in the dispenser, and the charge can only fall along the clock C
