当前,企业文化建设与人力资源管理的发展,面临着越来越多的问题和挑战,如何应对这些问题和挑战,是企业界迫切需要解决的课题。笔者认为企业文化与人力资源管理是相互影响、相互作用的,本文就企业文化和人力资源的互动性进行了研究。
At present, the development of corporate culture and human resources management is facing more and more problems and challenges. How to deal with these problems and challenges is an urgent issue that the business community needs to solve. The author believes that corporate culture and human resource management are mutually influential and interacting. This paper studies the interaction between corporate culture and human resources.
