使用了钕玻璃激光器对蒸汽流量计中二个不锈钢另件的尖端部位艺淬火处理。另件的表面光洁度(▽8)和尺寸精度保持不变,表面硬度从 HRC24提高到 HRC52-58,从而提高了另件耐磨性,并简化了原加工工艺。自1985年三月以来,已在国内首次将钕玻璃激光淬火工作用于仪表制造中。
A neodymium glass laser was used to quench the tip of two stainless steel parts in the steam flow meter. The other parts of the surface finish (▽ 8) and dimensional accuracy remained unchanged, the surface hardness increased from HRC24 to HRC52-58, thereby enhancing the wear resistance of the other pieces and simplify the original processing. Since March 1985, it has been the first time in China that laser quenching of neodymium glass is used in the manufacture of instruments.
