采用三维有限元技术研究了结晶器电磁搅拌时,线圈与铜管端部的相对位置对电磁搅拌电磁场、电磁力功能的影响规律。结果表明,与常规安装形式相比,当结晶器铜管位置分别相对于线圈底端向上和向下移动时,对电磁场和电磁力产生不同的影响。铜管相对于搅拌器底端上移100 mm,搅拌区内部的磁场大小变化不大,但是电磁力的大小和方向均有明显变化,特别是与拉坯方向相反的电磁力增加明显;而铜管相对于搅拌器底端向下移动100 mm,电磁场和电磁力均没有明显变化。
The influence of the relative position of the coil and the end of the copper tube on electromagnetic stirring electromagnetic field and electromagnetic force function was studied by using the three-dimensional finite element method. The results show that the electromagnetic field and the electromagnetic force have different effects when the position of the mold copper tube moves up and down relative to the bottom of the coil, respectively, compared with the conventional installation. The copper tube moves upwards by 100 mm with respect to the bottom of the stirrer. The magnetic field inside the stirring zone does not change much in size, but the size and direction of the electromagnetic force change obviously. Especially, the electromagnetic force opposite to the pulling direction increases obviously. The tube was moved 100 mm downwards relative to the bottom of the stirrer, with no significant changes in both the electromagnetic field and the electromagnetic force.
