目的建立HPLC法测定短柱肖菝葜药材中丁香酸葡萄糖苷量的方法。方法采用C18色谱柱。乙腈-0.5%冰醋酸溶液(5∶95)为流动相;体积流量1 mL/min;柱温25℃;检测波长255 nm。结果丁香酸葡萄糖苷在0.049 4~0.592 8μg与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系。平均回收率为100.07%;RSD为1.74%。结论该法简便、准确,可作为短柱肖菝葜药材的定量测定方法。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of glucosinolate in schizophylline by HPLC. The method uses a C18 column. Acetonitrile-0.5% glacial acetic acid solution (5:95) was used as mobile phase; volume flow rate was 1 mL/min; column temperature was 25°C; detection wavelength was 255 nm. The results showed a good linear relationship between 0.049 4~0.592 8 μg and peak area integral value. The average recovery was 100.07%; the RSD was 1.74%. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate, and it can be used as a quantitative method for the determination of short-stemmed medicinal herbs.
