机会开发模式是创业者配置资源以把握商机的决策方式,不仅决定新创企业能否成功把握新的商机,同时影响新创企业的生存与发展。本文基于机会开发过程,构建了高科技新创企业“战略导向—机会开发—企业绩效”的理论模型,并通过对108家高科技新创企业的问卷调查,使用结构方程模型的方法验证了理论假设。实证结果表明:市场导向对均衡型机会开发模式有正向影响,对创新型机会开发模式有负向影响;创业导向对创新型机会开发模式有正向影响,对均衡型机会开发模式没有显著影响。均衡型与创新型机会开发模式均对新创企业绩效有正向影响。本文对研究结论和意义进行了分析和讨论。
The opportunity development model is a decision-making method for entrepreneurs to allocate resources to seize business opportunities. It not only determines whether new startups can successfully grasp new business opportunities, but also affects the survival and development of startups. Based on the opportunity development process, this paper constructs the theoretical model of “high-tech start-up”, “strategic orientation-opportunity development-firm performance”, and verifies it by the questionnaire survey of 108 high-tech startups and the structural equation modeling The theoretical assumption. The empirical results show that the market orientation has a positive impact on the balanced opportunity development model and a negative impact on the innovation opportunity development model. The entrepreneurial orientation has a positive impact on the innovation opportunity development mode and has no significant effect on the balanced opportunity development model . Both balanced and innovative opportunity development models have a positive impact on startup performance. This article analyzes and discusses the conclusions and significance of the study.
