G.S.Bobrowski, a US admixture company, explored the energy-saving effect of using concrete superplasticizers and fly ash from the perspective of energy conservation and resources. He used concrete cement as the main basis for assessing energy consumption. The unit energy consumption of cement fluctuates in the range of 1.0 × 10 ~ 6 to 2.5 × 10 ~ 6 kcal/ton due to different manufacturing methods. Generally average 1.57 × 10 ~ 6 kcal / ton.
