目的建立波浪环境适应障碍动物模型。方法以饮用0.15%糖精水量为指标,观察SD大鼠对人工波浪环境的适应状况。将禁水后的大鼠放入漂笼内,在实验水槽中分别接受4种不同方案人工波浪刺激,测量大鼠接受刺激后1h内饮水量并和正常条件1h饮水量比较。结果4种人工波浪刺激后大鼠1h内饮水量均较正常条件1 h内饮水量显著减少(P<0.01),大鼠出现条件性厌食症。结论人工波浪刺激可诱发环境适应障碍。
Objective To establish an animal model of adaptive disturbance in wave environment. Methods The drinking water 0.15% saccharin as an indicator to observe the SD rats adapt to the artificial wave environment. The water-immersed rats were placed in floating cage. Four different artificial wave stimulations were performed in the experimental sink. The water intake of rats within 1 hour after stimulation was measured and compared with that of normal conditions for 1 hour. Results Four hours after artificial wave stimulation, the water intake in rats within 1 hour was significantly lower than that in normal conditions (P <0.01), and the condition was anorexia in rats. Conclusion Artificial wave stimulation can induce environmental adaptation disorders.
