我局大峪口磷矿为一大型山坡露天矿。自投产以来,沿用单排或多排孔即发爆破,致使大块产出率高,并产生根底和岩墙,严重影响铲装效率等技术经济指标的改善。随着矿山生产的日益发展,我局在大峪口矿推广使用了微差爆破技术,取得了较好的爆破效果,降低了大块产出率和炸药消耗,提高了铲装效率,为大峪口矿实现稳产、高产开辟了新的途径。 (一)地质概况及矿岩性质同矿区相邻的两矿段相比,大峪口矿段地质情况比较复杂。全矿段呈波形褶皱构造,为黑山向斜和滴水岩背斜所控制。
Our Meiyukou phosphate rock is a large open pit mine. Since it was put into production, single-row or multi-row holes have been used to produce blasting, resulting in high output of large blocks and producing basement and dyke walls, which have seriously affected the technical and economic indicators such as shovel efficiency improvement. With the increasing development of mine production, our bureau popularized the use of the millisecond blasting technology in the Dayukou Mine and achieved good blasting results, reducing the yield of large blocks and the consumption of explosives and improving the efficiency of shoveling. Yukou mine to achieve stable production, high-yield opened up new avenues. (I) Geological Survey and Ore Nature The geological conditions of the Dayukou ore section are complex compared with the two ore sections adjacent to the mine. The whole ore section is corrugated fold structure, controlled by Montenegro syncline and drip rock anticline.
