一 控制人员结构比例 注重人才培养 (一)药剂人员结构 我院药剂科人员20人,占全院总人数120人的16.6%。中药人员15人,占药剂人员总数75%。药剂人员比例趋于合理。 (二)药剂人员培训 我院有主管中药师2人,药师8人,药士7人。我院采取多种形式加强中药人员继续教育,经费不足仍先后送4名到成都中医学院系统学习专业知识。积极支持在岗人员自学成才,有2名考上新疆中医学院函授大专班,4名坚持中医专业自学考试,造就了一批有一定专业技术特长,深受病人欢迎的中药药剂人员。
A. The proportion of control personnel pays attention to personnel training. (1) Structure of pharmacy personnel There are 20 pharmacy personnel in our hospital, accounting for 16.6% of the total number of 120 people in the hospital. There are 15 Chinese medicine personnel, accounting for 75% of the total number of pharmaceutical personnel. The proportion of pharmacy personnel tends to be reasonable. (II) Training of Pharmacy Persons There are 2 pharmacists in charge, 8 pharmacists, and 7 pharmacists. Our institute has taken various forms to strengthen the continuing education of Chinese medicine personnel. Insufficient funding still sent 4 students to Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine for systematic study of professional knowledge. Actively support the self-taught personnel in the post, there are two admitted to the Correspondence College of Xinjiang College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, four adhere to the Chinese medicine professional self-study exam, created a group of professionals with specialized technical expertise, popular with Chinese medicine pharmacy personnel.
