1958年由H.Z(?)hner报道的小枝链霉菌(Str.ramulose)Tue-34除产生丙酮霉素及两种β-氧代色胺衍生物外,还产生一系列与Ehrlich试剂呈颜色反应的代谢物。其中两个组分34-D和H属于友菌素—褶皱菌素(Amicetin-Plicacetin)族抗生素。34-H的结构已被确定为3′-hydroxylplicacetin(图4),故定名为氧褶皱菌素(Oxyplicacetin)。以下报道它的结构研究。
In 1958, Str.ramulose Tue-34, which was reported by HZ (?) Hner, produced a series of color reactions with Ehrlich’s reagent in addition to acetoxymycin and two β-oxo-tryptamine derivatives Metabolites. Two of the components 34-D and H belong to the Amicetin-Plicacetin family of antibiotics. The structure of 34-H has been identified as 3’-hydroxylplicacetin (Figure 4) and is therefore designated Oxyplicacetin. The following reports its structural study.
