用泡生法从熔体中生长了块状非线性光学有机晶体4-胺基二苯甲酮(ABP)。讨论了生长条件,计算了4-胺基二苯甲酮(ABP)材料的融熔熵为6.75。实验证明该晶体有强的倍频效应。
4-aminobenzophenone (ABP), a bulk nonlinear optical organic crystal, was grown from the melt by bubble generation. The growth conditions were discussed. The melting entropy of 4-aminobenzophenone (ABP) was calculated to be 6.75. Experiments show that the crystal has a strong frequency doubling effect.
