目的:观察清肠胶囊与番泻叶在通便作用和急性毒性上的差异。方法:以排黑便时间、次数和炭末推进率来考察清肠胶囊和番泻叶的功效,以小鼠半数致死量来考察两者的急性毒性。结果:在两者达到相同功效时,清肠胶囊中番泻叶用量为单用番泻叶的1/3~2/3,且毒性降低。结论:清肠胶囊可以代替番泻叶清肠通便,具有一定的临床运用前景。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the difference in bowel movement and acute toxicity between Qingchang capsule and senna. METHODS: The efficacy of Qingchang capsule and senna leaf was investigated by the time of melena excretion, the number of times and the advance rate of charcoal, and the acute toxicity of the both was investigated with the median lethal dose of mice. Results: When the two reached the same effect, the amount of senna in the Qingchang capsule was 1/3 to 2/3 of the senna leaf alone, and the toxicity was reduced. Conclusion: Qingchang capsule can replace the senna pancreatic bowel movement and has certain clinical application prospects.
