以星点设计—效应面法优选赤芍总苷的提取工艺。以乙醇浓度、溶剂用量和回流时间为自变量,以赤芍总苷含量为因变量对自变量各水平进行多元线性回归和二项式拟合,用效应面法选择较佳工艺条件,并进行预测分析。确定较优提取工艺为乙醇浓度50%,乙醇用量22倍,提取时间3 h,提取率实测值与预测值偏差为1.37%,二项式拟合复相关系数r=0.984 7。星点设计—效应面法优选赤芍总苷的提取工艺,方法简便,预测性良好。
Optimum selection of total glycosides from Radix Paeoniae Rubra with star point design - response surface methodology. The ethanol concentration, the amount of solvent and reflux time were used as independent variables, and the total glycosides of Radix Paeoniae Rubra were used as the dependent variables to multivariate linear regression and binomial fitting for each level of the independent variables. The optimal technological conditions were selected by response surface methodology Predictive analysis. The optimum extraction process was determined as ethanol concentration 50%, ethanol dosage 22 times, extraction time 3 h, the deviation between the measured value and the predicted value was 1.37%, and the binomial fitted complex correlation coefficient r = 0.984 7.
