目的研究芪白平肺胶囊对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)模型大鼠的肺组织作用。方法采用复合因素造模方法复制COPD大鼠模型,造模后给予低、中、高剂量的芪白平肺胶囊(0.72,1.44,2.88 g.kg-)1,给药30 d,观察大鼠的一般情况,测定各组大鼠第0.3 s用力呼气量(FEV0.3)、FEV0.3与用力肺活量(FVC)的比值、呼气峰流速(PEF)、肺组织匀浆中白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的含量,HE染色法观察大鼠肺组织病理学改变。结果与模型组比较,芪白平肺各剂量组大鼠FEV0.3、FEV0.3/FVC、PEF均明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05);芪白平肺各剂量组肺组织中IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α含量比模型组降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论芪白平肺胶囊对COPD大鼠的肺组织具有保护作用。
Objective To study the effect of Qibai Pingfei Capsule on lung tissue in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) model rats. Methods The model of COPD was established by compound factor modeling. The rats were treated with Qibai Pingfei capsule (0.72,1.44,2.88 g.kg-) 1 at low, medium and high dosage for 30 days after modeling. (FEV0.3), ratio of FEV0.3 to forced vital capacity (FVC), peak expiratory flow (PEF), interleukin The levels of IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The pathological changes of lung tissue were observed by HE staining. Results Compared with the model group, the FEV0.3, FEV0.3 / FVC and PEF in each dose group were significantly increased (P <0.01, P <0.05) The levels of IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α in lung tissue of each dose group were lower than those in model group, with statistical significance (P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion Qibai Pingfei Capsule has a protective effect on the lung tissue of COPD rats.
