目的了解医方视角下的知觉医患互动关系与工作倦怠的现状,探讨医患互动关系对工作倦怠的影响。方法采用横断面的问卷调查法收集数据,采用阶层线性回归模型进行数据处理。结果医患互动关系的支持性互动关系质量得分均值为(3.984±0.892),抑制性互动关系质量得分均值为(3.142±0.883),情绪衰竭得分均值为(2.752±1.369),情感疏远得分均值为(1.944±1.403),成就感低落得分均值为(3.858±1.347);支持性互动关系质量与工作倦怠呈显著的负相关,抑制性互动关系质量与工作倦怠呈显著的正相关。结论支持性医患互动关系能显著降低医务人员的工作倦怠感,相反,抑制性医患互动关系是重要的压力源之一,医务人员感知到的医患之间互动关系质量可以影响医务人员身心健康及工作结果。
Objective To understand the current status of perceptual doctor-patient interaction and job burnout from the perspective of the medical staff and to explore the impact of the interaction between doctors and patients on job burnout. Methods Cross-sectional questionnaires were used to collect data and the data were processed by hierarchical linear regression model. Results The mean score of supportive interactive relationship between doctor-patient relationship was (3.984 ± 0.892), the mean value of inhibitory interactive quality score was (3.142 ± 0.883), the mean value of emotional exhaustion score was (2.752 ± 1.369), the mean of emotional alienation score was (1.944 ± 1.403), and the mean score of achievement satisfaction was (3.858 ± 1.347). There was a significant negative correlation between the quality of supportive interaction and job burnout. The quality of inhibitory interactive relationship was positively correlated with job burnout. Conclusions Supportive interaction between doctors and patients can significantly reduce the sense of job burnout among medical staff. On the contrary, the interaction between doctor-patient inhibition is one of the important stressors. The quality of the interaction between doctors and patients perceived by medical staff can influence the physical and mental health of medical staff Health and work results.
