1.高炉近期发展情况从六十年代中期开始,世界各国高炉向大型化发展的速度加快了。大致说来,在64年到69年期间,新建高炉体积在2000~3000M~3之间;从70年到73年期间,新建高炉体积在3000~4000M~3以上。目前世界上最大的高炉是日本钢管福山厂5号炉,体积为4617M~3。苏联计划在74年建造一座5000M~3的高炉。根据国外分析研究,为了提高高炉的效率,增加产量,降低焦比,高炉今后发展的方向是走向大型化。但体积超过4000M~3以后,继续增大是否有利尚待研究。
1. Recent Developments in Blast Furnaces Since the mid-1960s, the blast furnaces of all countries in the world have been accelerated toward large-scale development. Broadly speaking, the volume of new blast furnaces is between 2000 and 3000 M ~ 3 between 64 and 69 years; the volume of new blast furnaces is between 3,000 and 4,000 M ~ 3 over the period from 70 to 73 years. Currently the world’s largest blast furnace is the Japanese steel tube Fukuyama Plant No. 5, the volume of 4617M ~ 3. The Soviet Union plans to build a 5000M ~ 3 blast furnace in 74 years. According to foreign analysis and research, in order to improve the efficiency of the blast furnace to increase production and reduce the coke ratio, the direction of future development of the blast furnace is towards large-scale. However, the volume of more than 4000M ~ 3, continue to increase whether it is beneficial to be studied.
