在我国的基础教育中,普遍存在着以选拔“英才”为主要手段的应试教育,应试教育的目的是为了升学,因此中学课堂教学中广泛存在着“学生学得辛苦,教师教得辛苦,但大多数情况下教学效果不理想,教学效益差”的现象。因此,我们应当不断加强初中数学课堂教学的有效性,提高学生的学习兴趣和效率,特别是在西藏农牧民地区。我认为可以从以下几方面提高数学课堂教学的有效性。1构建和谐民主的师生关系古语曰:“亲其师,信其道。”这句话说明了良好的师生关系在教学中的重要性。初中阶段的学生已经有了主见,对各方面
