为探索不同处理对喜树硬枝扦插生根的影响及扦插生根与体内营养物质含量之间的关系,以1年生喜树枝条为材料,从基质种类、插穗部位、长度及粗度、ABT与NAA浓度等方面研究了不同处理对生根的影响,同时测定了喜树生根过程中可溶性糖、淀粉和蛋白质3种营养物质的含量。结果表明,泥炭土中插穗生根率最高,达96.67%;选用1年生实生苗下部插穗的成活率最高,为97.33%;粗度为0.6~0.9 cm、长度为10.0~15.0 cm的插穗,更利于生根。沙藏过的喜树插穗生根率高于不沙藏枝条。质量浓度为250 mg/L的ABT处理插穗效果最好,生根率达86.67%。硬枝扦插的喜树插穗是以皮部生根为主,兼有部分愈伤组织生根。生根过程中插穗基部的可溶性糖含量呈急剧下降后升高和再下降再上升的趋势,淀粉含量呈升高—降低—升高—降低的变化趋势,而蛋白质含量变化趋势与前两者都不一致。
