采用UPLC测定水产品中的酚类物质,以吉尔森GX-271 ASPEC固相萃取系统萃取小柱预分离和富集,甲醇-l%乙酸水溶液作为流动相进行梯度洗脱。柱温30℃,进样量5μL,流速0.6mL/min,190-400nm波长紫外检测。经测定,水产品中含有儿茶酚、2,4,6-三氯苯酚、4-硝基苯酚、2-氯苯酚、苯酚和五氯苯酚等酚类物质,其中苯酚占检测到的酚类物质总量的60%以上。该方法可用于水产品中的酚类物质测定。
UPLC was used to determine the phenols in aquatic products. Pre-separation and enrichment were performed on the Gilson-GX-271 ASPEC SPE cartridges. The mobile phase was methanol-1% acetic acid gradient elution. Column temperature 30 ℃, injection volume 5μL, flow rate 0.6mL / min, 190-400nm wavelength UV detection. It was determined that the aquatic products contained phenols such as catechol, 2,4,6-trichlorophenol, 4-nitrophenol, 2-chlorophenol, phenol and pentachlorophenol, of which phenols accounted for the detected phenols More than 60% of the total material. This method can be used for the determination of phenols in aquatic products.
