采用正交试验法,研究了Al-4P变质对Al-20Si合金显微组织和切削性能的影响,优化了改善Al-20Si合金切削性能的工艺参数。研究表明,Al-4P添加量对初生Si的影响最为显著、变质时间的影响次之、变质温度的影响最小,优化出的改善切削加工性能的工艺参数:Al-4P添加量为1%、变质温度为760℃、变质时间为1 h。经最优工艺处理后,初生Si变得细小、分散且圆钝化,平均尺寸由变质前的120μm减小到30μm左右,刀具耐用度提高,切削加工性能得到改善。
The effects of Al-4P modification on the microstructure and cutting performance of Al-20Si alloy were studied by orthogonal test. The process parameters for improving the cutting performance of Al-20Si alloy were optimized. The results show that Al-4P has the most significant effect on primary Si, the second is the modification time, and the least is the influence of metamorphic temperature. The optimal process parameters for improving the machinability are Al-4P: 1% Al-4P The temperature is 760 ℃, metamorphic time is 1 h. After the optimal process, the primary Si becomes fine, dispersed and round passivated. The average size decreases from 120μm before deformation to about 30μm. The tool durability is improved and the machinability is improved.
