该文对3种市售的木质室内空气净化用活性炭进行苯的静态吸附/脱附性能研究。主要考察了活性炭的孔结构、表面官能团以及活性炭的粒度对苯静态吸附性能的影响,以及温度对苯脱附的影响。研究表明:3种活性炭的表面官能团基本相同,对它们苯吸附量差异的影响较小;比表面积相当,微孔率越大的活性炭对苯的吸附量越大;颗粒活性炭经一次研磨筛分后,在同等吸附条件下,粒度越小的活性炭对苯的吸附量越大;吸附平衡的活性炭应在70℃以上进行脱附,脱附时间至少60 min。
This paper studies the static adsorption / desorption properties of benzene on three commercially available activated carbons for wood-based indoor air purification. The effects of pore structure, surface functional groups and particle size of activated carbon on the static adsorption of benzene were investigated. The effect of temperature on the desorption of benzene was also investigated. The results showed that the surface functional groups of the three kinds of activated carbons were basically the same and had little influence on the difference of their benzene adsorption capacities. The adsorption capacity of benzene for the activated carbon with the larger specific surface area and micropore rate was larger. , Under the same adsorption conditions, the smaller the particle size of the activated carbon to adsorb the benzene the greater; adsorption equilibrium activated carbon desorption should be carried out above 70 ℃, desorption time of at least 60 min.
