本文报告了激光电镀的实验研究结果及其理论解释。将激光束聚焦后照射在位于电解液内的电极上时,观察到了激光感应的电镀增强效应,其电镀速率比常规电镀速率高1000倍。
This paper reports the experimental results of laser plating and its theoretical explanation. When the laser beam was focused and then irradiated on the electrode in the electrolyte, a laser-induced plating enhancement effect was observed at a plating rate 1000 times higher than the conventional plating rate.
