当前绩效管理作为一种较为先进的现代化管理方法,由于它能对企业员工的业绩与贡献更合理、更人性的化的进行判断,因此它也越来越受到现代企业管理者的青睐。为了使煤矿企业的绩效管理更高效,本文首先分析了当前我国煤矿企业人力资源的特点,其次基于这些特点从整体、局部两个方面指出了绩效管理系统的具体目标定位,最后结合本人多年实际工作经验,围绕企业绩效管理前的准备工作与企业绩效管理的过程控制两个方面论述了企业绩效管理系统在煤炭企业中的实际实施,以期能够切实提高煤矿企业的管理水平,促进煤矿企业的稳定、健康、可持续发展。
As a more advanced and modern management method, current performance management is more and more favored by modern enterprise managers because it can judge the performance and contribution of employees more reasonable and more humane. In order to make the performance management of coal mines more efficient, this paper first analyzes the characteristics of human resources in China’s coal mines, and secondly, based on these characteristics, points out the specific target orientation of the performance management system from two aspects as a whole and part. Finally, Experience, the paper discusses the actual implementation of the enterprise performance management system in the coal enterprises from two aspects: the preparation before the enterprise performance management and the process control of the enterprise performance management, with a view to effectively improving the management level of the coal mining enterprises and promoting the stability, Healthy and sustainable development.
