农技协是农民自己的组织,是农民合作走致富道路的有效载体;农技协开展的一系列服务,为“三农”做出了贡献,得到了广大农民的积极拥护,对此本刊2005年1～6期作过连续报道。但是,在市场经济的大潮中,如何提高驾驭水平并有效地规避风险是值得每一个协会认真研究的课题。本文讲述的是一个协会在扩大规模发展新项目过程中,由于过度扩张,资金链断裂而导致的一场悲剧。刊发本文,是希望广大农技协能引以为戒。在选择项目、签订合同、开展经营、服务农民的过程中,要特别注意市场风险,做到三思而后行,以免给农民带来不必要的损失。
Agricultural Technology Association is the peasant’s own organization, is an effective carrier for peasants to cooperate in the road to prosperity; a series of services carried out by the Agricultural Technology Association have contributed to the “three rural issues” and have been actively supported by the majority of peasants 2005 1 to 6 made a continuous report. However, in the tide of market economy, how to improve the level of control and effectively avoid risks is a topic that every association should seriously study. This article describes a tragedy caused by an over-expansion and a broken financial chain during an association’s expansion of new projects on a large scale. Published this article, I hope the majority of agricultural technology association can take warnings. In the process of selecting projects, signing contracts, conducting business and serving peasants, we must pay special attention to market risks so that we can think twice before lest we bring unnecessary losses to our peasants.
