随着现代医学技术的飞速发展,众多的新业务、新技术不断地在临床中得以应用,使医院的护理人力资源的需求迅速扩大。尤其是重症监护病人,病人病情变化快,在护理工作量骤增的情况下,病区护士长常常是束手无策,只有靠增加每个护士每日工作的时数和工作量或停止休假来弥补科室护理人力的短缺,其后果往往是造成重症护理工作的质量下降。针对这种状况,我院于1997年成立了重症监护技术协作网络,并把科室间的护理人力协作作为一项重要内容来
With the rapid development of modern medical technology, numerous new services and new technologies are continuously applied in clinical practice, and the demand for hospital nursing human resources is rapidly expanding. Especially in intensive care patients, the patient’s condition changes rapidly. In the case of a sudden increase in nursing workload, ward nurses are often at a loss and can only compensate for the increase in the number of hours and workload per nurse’s work per day or to stop taking vacations. The shortage of nursing manpower often results in a decline in the quality of intensive care work. In response to this situation, our hospital established a intensive care technology collaboration network in 1997, and the nursing human collaboration between departments as an important content.
