激光淬火,作为一项新的热处理工艺,已在国内机器制造业中逐步得到应用。我厂首先应用于国产东风_4型内燃机车的动力装置-16240ZB柴油机的气缸套和弹性联轴节主簧片。激光淬火与普通淬火方法相比具有许多特点。因此,它的金相组织与机械性能的关系,成为金相检验工作者研究的一项新课题。弹性联轴节主簧片起传递扭矩的重要作用,由50CrVA带钢制成。原工艺是整体淬火后进行中温回火,获得回火屈氏体组织。由于在使用中主簧片端部与曲轴花键槽之间不断发生微动摩擦(见图1),因而磨耗较
Laser quenching, as a new heat treatment process, has been gradually applied in the domestic machinery manufacturing industry. I plant first applied to the domestic Dongfeng _4 diesel locomotive power plant -16240ZB diesel engine cylinder liner and flexible coupling reed. Laser quenching has many features compared to conventional quenching methods. Therefore, the relationship between its microstructure and mechanical properties has become a new topic for metallographic examination workers. The elastic coupling main reed plays an important role in transmitting torque and is made of 50CrVA strip steel. The original process is tempered after tempering the whole body to obtain tempering troostite tissue. As in use, the main reed end and the crankshaft spline groove between the continued fretting friction (see Figure 1), so wear more
