三十年代后半期,苏联为了改进铸造工艺,发展了一种叫做液态模锻的少无功屑压力加工方法。近十年来,世界上许多国家争相研制,使之进入了实用化阶段,日本的依齐米公司改进了这一加工方法,并应用于生产铝合金活塞,与此同时,还开发了一种新型的复合材料MMC(金属基复合材料),这种复合材料有较好的强度,耐热性,耐摩损等特点,从而,为提高活塞的各项技术指标开辟了一条新路子。
In the latter half of the 1930s, in order to improve the casting process, the Soviet Union developed a less reactive crumb press process called liquid forging.
