镇海炼化股份公司对0.8Mt/a加氢精制装置中已使用了3.5年的RN-1催化剂进行厂器内再生。在5天再生期内没有发生过超温现象。再生后催化剂各项理化指标基本恢复到新剂水平,活性恢复率达95％以上。这说明RN-1催化剂具有良好的再生性能。
Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Co., Ltd. has regenerated the RN-1 catalyst which has been used for 0.8Mt / a hydrotreating unit for 3.5 years. No over-temperature occurred during the 5-day regeneration period. After regeneration, the physical and chemical indexes of catalyst recovered to the level of new agent, and the activity recovery rate reached more than 95%. This shows that RN-1 catalyst has good regeneration performance.
