铸造(将钢屑、废料等熔化,浇注入模)——锻造(钢液在压力下成形)——淬火(成形钢件从模具中取出,直接淬入水中)三者结合的液态模锻余热淬火法(简称液锻淬火),是一种新颖的热加工组合工艺,是少无切削的一种先进工艺。它可节约金属材料,降低加工费用,节省大员能源,提高生产率,改善劳动条件,并能得到一定的机械性能,是一个比较实用的工艺。本文主要对钢件液态模锻余热淬火的高温形变过程进行讨论,并通过对钢件的金相、硬度等分析表明:液锻淬火的低碳钢有较高的淬透性,液锻淬火的金相组织为板条状马氏体加弥散析出的碳化物,且碳化物沿金属流动方向择优分布,钢件中心为马氏体、贝氏体、托氏体与铁素体的混合组织。本文对液锻淬火工艺与铸造、锻造等工艺进行经济对比分析,表明液锻淬火可显著地节能、节材,因此,这种工艺将有开拓的前途。

In this paper, liquid forging quenching process and casting, forging and other economic comparative analysis showed that liquid forging quenching can significantly save energy, material, therefore, this process will have a pioneering future.
