目的总结乳腺癌间质成纤维母细胞的生物学特性及研究现状。方法分析近年来有关乳腺癌间质成纤维母细胞研究的相关文献。结果乳腺癌组织的构成除肿瘤细胞本身外,尚包括间质成分,而成纤维母细胞是乳腺癌间质的主要成分。乳腺癌间质中成纤维母细胞与正常乳腺组织中成纤维细胞除产生胶原物质外,它们的生物学特性存在明显差异,前者表现为-αSMA阳性、p53基因突变,同时能够分泌多种细胞因子/趋化因子,通过多种信号通路参与乳腺癌细胞的生长、迁移、浸润及转移。结论乳腺癌间质成纤维母细胞的生物学特性可反映病变性质,对乳腺癌的诊断和鉴别诊断以及预后预测有着重要的意义。针对乳腺癌间质成纤维母细胞的靶点治疗正在受到更多的关注。
Objective To summarize the biological characteristics and research status of breast mesenchymal fibroblasts. Methods The related literatures on breast mesenchymal fibroblasts in recent years were analyzed. Results The composition of breast cancer tissue in addition to the tumor itself, but also the interstitial components, and fibroblasts is the main component of breast cancer stroma. The biological characteristics of fibroblasts in breast mesenchymal fibroblasts and normal breast tissues are distinctly different from those in normal breast tissues. The former shows -α SMA positive and p53 gene mutation, and at the same time can secrete various cytokines / Chemokines, through a variety of signaling pathways involved in breast cancer cell growth, migration, invasion and metastasis. Conclusion The biological characteristics of breast mesenchymal fibroblasts can reflect the nature of the lesion, which is of great significance for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of breast cancer and prognosis. Targeting breast mesenchymal fibroblasts is receiving more attention.
