报告５３例上尿路结石患者经急诊ＥＳＷＬ后效果满意，结石一次治疗粉碎率为１００％，结石粉碎后１～２周内排净率为１００％。２例双侧输尿管结石致急性无尿者经急诊ＥＳＷＬ后均在１～１２ｈ内迅速排尿，肾功能得以恢复，５１例急性肾绞痛患者经急诊ＥＳＷＬ后绞痛解除，结石排净。认为急诊ＥＳＷＬ是治疗尿石症引起的急性无尿、急性肾绞痛等患者的简单而有效方法之一，能获得立竿见影之效果。
The report of 53 cases of upper urinary tract stones after emergency ESWL satisfactory results, a treatment of stone crushing rate was 100%, 1 to 2 weeks after the stone crushing rate of 100%. Two cases of acute urethral calculus caused by ureteral calculi were rapidly urinated within 1 ~ 12 hours after emergency ESWL, and renal function was restored. 51 cases of acute renal colic were relieved of ESWL and colic in emergency. ESWL is considered as one of the simple and effective ways to treat acute urolithiasis, acute renal colic, and other patients caused by urolithiasis and to obtain immediate results.
