分析了应力、显微结构和组织成分对钢丝绳相对磁导率的影响,对相对磁导率的变化规律进行理论预测,并对高应力下显微结构变化对相对磁导率的影响进行实验验证。结果表明,随着应力的增加,位错钉扎效应增强,相对磁导率降低。为钢丝绳安全状态诊断的进一步研究提供理论支撑。
The influence of stress, microstructure and microstructure on the relative permeability of wire ropes was analyzed, and the change rule of relative permeability was theoretically predicted. The effect of microstructure change on relative permeability under high stress was also verified . The results show that as the stress increases, the pinning effect of dislocation increases and the relative permeability decreases. It provides theoretical support for the further research of wire rope safety diagnosis.
