胰腺内分泌肿瘤(pancreatic endocrine tumor,PET)是来源于胰岛细胞的肿瘤性疾病,有文献[1]显示其年发病率约为4/100万,占胰腺肿瘤性疾病的0.1%~0.3%。PET根据肿瘤是否有功能分为功能性内分泌瘤(functional endocrine tumors)和无功能性内分泌瘤(non-functional endocrine tumors)。由于胰岛由多种功能不同的细胞组成,故细胞来源不同的PET表现不同的临床症状。常见的功能性
Pancreatic endocrine tumor (PET) is a neoplastic disease derived from pancreatic islet cells. It has been reported in the literature [1] that its annual incidence is about 4/100 million, accounting for 0.1% -0.3% of pancreatic neoplastic diseases.
