以杏鲍菇菌糠为试材,采用固体平板培养法研究了不同浓度的杏鲍菇菌糠对鸡腿菇、毛木耳、黑木耳、金福菇、杏鲍菇菌丝生长的影响。结果表明:在设定的浓度范围内,杏鲍菇菌糠对毛木耳、黑木耳菌丝生长几乎没有抑制作用;当菌糠浓度较高(200、400g/L)时,对鸡腿菇和杏鲍菇有一定的抑制效应,对金福菇的抑制最为明显;当菌糠浓度较低(50g/L)时,呈现出极显著的抑制效果。
Taking Pleurotus eryngii bran as test material, the effects of different concentrations of Pleurotus eryngii bran on the mycelial growth of Coprinus comatus, Auricularia aurarius, Auricularia aurora, Jinfuguang, Pleurotus eryngii were studied by solid plate culture method. The results showed that Pleurotus eryngii bran had almost no inhibitory effect on the growth of A. millet and Auricularia auricula in the concentration range set. When the concentration of mushroom bran (200 and 400 g / L) Pleurotus eryngii had a certain inhibitory effect on the inhibition of Jin Fu Mushroom the most obvious; when the fungus bran concentration is low (50g / L), showing a very significant inhibitory effect.
