职业倦怠是指教师因职业要求超出个人能量和资源的过度需求而产生的疲倦困乏状态,是个体厌倦和畏惧工作任务的一种心理反应。教师的职业倦怠心理对个人会造成生活质量下降,工作不求进取,甚至会造成身体不适、健忘、失眠等疾病;对工作则会促成无成就感,厌倦教育,讨厌学生,从而促成体罚学生的现象,把对工作的不满转嫁给学生。造成教师职业倦怠的因素有:第一,职业因素,如社会对教师的期望过高,角色冲突、期望与现实的差距、职业的低创造性等,还有工作环境、教学情境、组织气氛对教师心理造成的影响。第二,个人因素,如教师人格特征、社会能力的知觉也是影响倦怠的因素。第三,社会变革,使人们价值观念多元化,对教师个人心理产生了消极影响。

Third, social changes have diversified people’s values and have had a negative impact on teachers’ personal psychology.
