针对北京郊区谷子收获环节缺少适用机具,人工收获费时、费力等问题,开展了谷子收获机对比试验。根据京郊谷子种植行距50cm的种植模式,引进久保田4LZ-2.5型自走履带式谷物联合收割机、约翰迪尔W80型谷物联合收割机和约翰迪尔C230型谷物联合收割机3种收获机。经过试验,筛选出约翰迪尔C230型谷物联合收割机,其作业质量接近相关行业标准,损失率7%,含杂率5.8%,作业效率0.8 hm~2/h。有效地解决了谷子收获环节机械化问题,降低了谷子收获或本。
In view of the lack of suitable implements for the harvesting of millet in suburbs of Beijing and the time-consuming and labor-intensive manual harvesting, comparative tests of millet harvesters were carried out. According to the 50cm planting pattern in the suburbs of Beijing, Kubota 4LZ-2.5 self-propelled crawler grain combine harvester, John Deere W80 grain combine harvester and John Deere C230 grain combine harvester were introduced. After testing, the John Deere C230 grain combine harvester was screened out and its operating quality was close to the relevant industry standard with a loss rate of 7% and a contamination rate of 5.8%. The operating efficiency was 0.8 hm ~ 2 / h. Effectively solve the problem of mechanization of millet harvest, reduce the harvest of millet or Ben.
