监控系统是国家、城市、企业、单位以及家庭各领域中广泛应用的设施,具备查询、收集、提取、保存、跟踪、分析等功能。而传统的监控技术应用主要是依托信息记录以及事后分析来完成监控目的,大量的数据增大了工作量,并且需要足够的人力来完成工作,同时监控分析效果还不够理想,很难满足用户要求。随着科学技术不断发展,利用数字图像处理的智能监控系统,可以有效弥补上述不足,通过智能化自动分析,使监控信息更加准确。
Monitoring system is a widely used facility in various fields of the country, city, enterprise, unit and family. It has such functions as inquiry, collection, extraction, preservation, tracking and analysis. The traditional monitoring technology is mainly based on information recording and post-mortem analysis to complete the monitoring purposes, a large amount of data increases the workload, and requires sufficient manpower to complete the work, while the monitoring and analysis is not ideal, it is difficult to meet user requirements . With the continuous development of science and technology, the use of digital image processing intelligent monitoring system can effectively make up for the above shortcomings, through intelligent automatic analysis, the monitoring information is more accurate.
