高等院校中三好学生与优秀学生干部都是德、智、体较全面发展的学生。为了解他们的个性特征,我们用卡特尔16种个性因素测查问卷作为测量工具,用辽宁教科所1981年修订的辽宁省常模(李绍衣等)作参照,对本院84、85、86级“三好”、“优干”生共85人,(下称实验组)及85级一个班全体学生49人,(下称对照组,该班是学习成绩及表现均属中等的班)集体填写问卷,用幻灯机逐条将问题打成字幕,配以收录机播诵问题以控制
