随着经济的发展,中国工程承包业走向了海外。但是在成本的控制和管理方面面临着巨大的挑战。海外工程项目施工环境相较国内更加复杂。特殊的环境背景,不同的文化因素等对于海外工程项目的管理造成了一定的困难。文章将从海外工程的项目特点基础上,指出海外工程与国内工程在成本构成上的差异,从而提出控制海外工程成本的方法。怎样才能在既保证满足工程质量、工期等的前提下,对于海外工程项目施工过程中发生的费用,通过有计划地组织,科学地控制和协调施工达到控制成本的目标。本文将根据海外工程施工碰到的具体问题,探讨研究海外工程项目成本管理的方法。
With the economic development, China’s engineering contracting industry has gone overseas. But there are huge challenges in cost control and management. Overseas construction project construction environment is more complicated than the domestic. Special environmental background and different cultural factors have caused some difficulties in the management of overseas projects. Based on the project characteristics of overseas projects, the paper points out the differences in the cost structure between overseas projects and domestic projects, and proposes a method to control the cost of overseas projects. How can we meet the objective of controlling costs through organizing, scientifically controlling and coordinating construction for the costs incurred in the construction of overseas projects under the premise of meeting the requirements of project quality and construction period? Based on the specific problems encountered in the construction of overseas projects, this article will explore ways to study the cost management of overseas projects.
