探讨保守及手术治疗在儿童脊椎结核中的应用。方法：回顾分析46例儿童脊椎结核的治疗及转归。结果：45例随访1－4年，其中29例保守治愈，16例配合手术者中15例治愈，术后复发1例，总治愈率97．8％。结论：以保守为主辅以必要的手术治疗儿童脊椎结核是可行的。
To discuss the application of conservative and surgical treatment in children with spinal tuberculosis. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 46 cases of children with spinal tuberculosis treatment and outcome. Results: Forty-five cases were followed up for 1-4 years. Among them, 29 cases were cured conservatively, 15 cases were cured in 16 cases, and 1 case recurred after operation. The total cure rate was 97.8%. Conclusion: It is feasible to treat the spinal tuberculosis of children with conservative surgery and necessary surgery.
