目的 磷酸萘酚是我国研制的抗疟新药,临床上在抗氯喹地区使用治疗恶性疟效果较好。为探讨该药的抗疟机理,本实验对其进行了较深入的研究。方法 应用流式细胞光度术,对经该药和磷酸氯喹分别处理不同时间(0、4、8 和24h) 的约氏疟原虫红内期虫体的DNA含量进行了比较研究和分析。结果 磷酸萘酚喹和磷酸氯喹均可影响疟原虫的DNA含量,其作用时间不同,对疟原虫DNA含量的影响亦不同;且这种影响作用在24h 与对照组具有非常显著性差异( P< 0-01)。结论 磷酸萘酚喹抑制约氏疟原虫DNA的复制合成,进而影响疟原虫的发育繁殖过程,起到抗虫作用。
Objective Naphthol phosphate is a new antimalarial drug developed in China. It is effective in the treatment of falciparum malaria in the area of resistance to chloroquine clinically. In order to explore the anti-malaria mechanism of the drug, this experiment conducted a more in-depth study. Methods The DNA contents of Plasmodium yoelii during the different stages (0, 4, 8 and 24 hours) treated with this drug and chloroquine phosphate were compared and analyzed by flow cytometry. Results Both naphthoquine phosphate and chloroquine phosphate could affect the DNA content of Plasmodium and the effect of different time on DNA content of Plasmodium had different effects on DNA content of Plasmodium. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P < 0-01). Conclusion Naphtholphine inhibits the replication and synthesis of DNA of Plasmodium yoelii, which in turn affects the development and reproduction of Plasmodium, and plays an anti-insect effect.
