目的:了解SPECT对脑动脉狭窄相对应区域的功能成像,判断放射性减低区域对脑血管狭窄区域的价值。方法:对162例脑血管病患者行脑血流灌注显像(SPECT)检查及核磁血管减影术(MRA)、经颅多普勒(TCD)。结果:162例脑血管病患者阳性率SPECT为72.72%,MRA为69.81%,TCD为48.83%。结论:脑SPECT对MCA狭窄区域的功能判断具有重要意义,结合MRA、TCD能够指导临床治疗,预测疾病的预后。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the functional imaging of the corresponding region of cerebral artery stenosis by SPECT, and to determine the value of radioactive reduction region in the region of cerebral vascular stenosis. Methods: 162 patients with cerebrovascular disease underwent cerebral perfusion imaging (SPECT) and nuclear magnetic resonance angiography (MRA), transcranial Doppler (TCD). Results: The positive rate of SPECT in 162 patients with cerebrovascular disease was 72.72%, MRA was 69.81% and TCD was 48.83%. Conclusion: SPECT can be used to judge the function of narrow area of MCA. Combined with MRA and TCD, it can guide the clinical treatment and predict the prognosis of the disease.
