目的 :探讨黄芩中酚性甙类对小鼠颌下腺放射性损伤的细胞保护作用。方法 :放射用药组小鼠在照射前 3 5~ 45minip黄芩水提液沉淀物 1 2 g/kg ,用60 Co对放射对照组和放射用药组小鼠全身照射 3 5Gy 1次。照射后 13~ 17天小鼠颌下腺称重并取样作电镜检查。结果 :放射对照组小鼠颌下腺萎缩、重量明显减少 ,电镜检查显示腺细胞粗面内质网 (RER)数量减少、排列紊乱、结构模糊 ,部分RER发生断裂 ,长度缩短 ,分泌囊泡减少。而放射用药组小鼠颌下腺的重量和细胞超微结构与正常对照组小鼠相比无明显差异。结论 :黄芩中酚性甙类对小鼠颌下腺的放射损伤有明显的细胞保护作用。
Objective: To investigate the protective effects of phenolic glycosides from Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi on radiation-induced injury of the submandibular gland in mice. Methods: Radiation-treated mice were treated with 35 g / kg of Scutellariae Radix extract for 35 min before radiation and 60 Gy for radiotherapy and irradiation groups. Thirteen to seventeen days after irradiation, the submandibular glands of mice were weighed and sampled for electron microscopy. Results: The submandibular gland atrophy and the weight of the mice decreased significantly. The number of glandular rough endoplasmic reticulum (RER) was reduced, the arrangement was disordered, the structure was fuzzy, some RER was broken, the length was shortened and the number of secretory vesicles was reduced. The radiation submandibular gland weight and cell ultrastructure in mice compared with the normal control group, no significant difference. CONCLUSION: Phenolic glycosides from Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi have significant cytotoxic effects on the radiation damage of submandibular gland in mice.
