本文试图将系统功能语言学的核心思想引入综合英语教学,突破传统的综合英语教学模式,从更为科学和系统的角度挖掘文章的内涵,提高学生的语言感受能力和欣赏能力。系统功能语言学的核心思想有六点:元功能的思想、系统的思想、层次的思想、功能的思想、语境的思想和盖然率的思想。本文从系统的思想出发,分析了《现代大学英语精读1》第7课课文A Mandela’s Graden语篇的情景语境是如何构成的。
This article attempts to introduce the core thought of system functional linguistics into comprehensive English teaching, break through the traditional integrated English teaching mode, and excavate the connotation of the article from a more scientific and systematic perspective, so as to improve students’ language ability and appreciation ability. Systemic-functional linguistics has six core ideas: meta-functional thinking, systematic thinking, hierarchical thinking, functional thinking, contextual thinking, and probabilistic thinking. Based on the systematic thinking, this article analyzes how the situational context of A Mandela’s Graden discourse is constructed in the seventh text of Modern College English Intensive Reading 1.
