问卷调查显示非英语专业大学生的英语课外学习多倾向于工具性动机,自主性差。基于此,探讨了教师如何对学生课外英语学习加以干预,如何培养学生元认知能力,使学生学会运用元认知原理确立学习目标、制定学习计划、选择和调整认知策略、监控学习过程、评价学习效果,从而达到有效地管理课外英语学习,充分利用课外英语学习资源之目的。
The questionnaire survey showed that non-English majors’ extracurricular extracurricular learning tended to be instrumental motives with poor autonomy. Based on this, the author discusses how teachers can intervene in extra-curricular English learning, how to cultivate students’ metacognitive ability, make students learn to apply metacognitive principle to establish learning objectives, develop learning plans, select and adjust cognitive strategies, monitor learning process, Evaluation of learning effectiveness, so as to achieve effective management of extracurricular English learning, make full use of extra-curricular English learning resources purposes.
