左心室发育不良综合征是一种罕见的先天性复杂畸形,近年国内未见报道,现将我院所遇一例报告如下。 患者女,8岁,因自幼紫绀、气促、发育不良入院。查体:轻度紫绀,两肺清晰,心界不大,心前巨细震颤(+),胸骨左缘3,4肋间Ⅳ级收缩期杂音,传导广泛,P_2亢进。X光胸片;肺血多,肺动脉段凸出,右下肺动脉增宽,主动脉结缩小,右心室增大。心电图:窦性心律,电轴右偏,顺转,右心室肥厚,ST—T变化,异常Q波(I.avL)。二维超声心动图检查:心房、心室 Left ventricular dysplasia syndrome is a rare congenital complex deformity, no reports in recent years in China, now a case of hospital encounter is reported as follows.
