为了认真总结和探讨食物中毒的发生规律,更好地指导今后的食物中毒防治工作,现将8年来的食物中毒发生情况总结分析如下。 1 食物中毒发生情况 1982～1989辽源市共发生食物中毒32起,进食1154人,中毒734人,死亡7人,患病率63.6％,病死率0.95％。除1989年未发生外,每年均有食物中毒的发生(3～6起/年),其中1982、1984、1986年为食物中毒发生最多的年度(6起/年),占8年总数的56.25％。
In order to conscientiously sum up and explore the law of occurrence of food poisoning and better guide future food poisoning prevention and control work, now eight years of food poisoning are summarized as follows. 1 Food poisoning occurred 1982 ~ 1989 Liaoyuan City, a total of 32 food poisoning, eating 1154 people, 734 people were poisoned, 7 people were killed, the prevalence rate was 63.6%, the case fatality rate was 0.95%.
