目的:了解景宁畲族自治县基层妇幼队伍现状和服务能力,为领导决策提供科学依据。方法:采用自行设计的问卷对全县基层的妇幼人员进行调查,内容包括基本信息、学历、职称、执业资格、是否兼职、工作年限等。结果:景宁畲族自治县基层妇幼队伍的现状是人员明显不足、队伍人员偏年轻、整体素质较低、队伍不稳定,服务能力与服务质量较低,难以满足群众的服务需求。结论:应科学核定景宁畲族自治县妇幼队伍人员的编制;创新工作方式,充分发挥年轻人的潜能;完善基层妇幼人才培养制度,吸引高素质人才进入基层妇幼队伍;建立健全激励机制和考核机制,提高妇幼人员的待遇。
Objective: To understand the current situation and service ability of grass-roots women and children team in Jingning She Autonomous County and to provide scientific basis for decision making. Methods: The self-designed questionnaires were used to investigate the grass-roots women and children in the county, including the basic information, academic qualifications, professional titles, qualifications, whether part-time, working years and so on. Results: The status quo of grassroots women and children in Jingning She Autonomous County was obviously lack of staff, younger team members, lower overall quality, unstable team, poor service ability and service quality, which made it difficult to meet the service needs of the masses. Conclusion: It is necessary to scientifically approve the establishment of women and children contingent in Jingning She Autonomous County; innovate working methods and give full play to the potential of young people; improve the training system for grass-roots maternal and child talents and attract high-quality talents to grass-roots women and children teams; establish and improve the incentive mechanism and assessment mechanism, Improve the treatment of women and children.
