我院自1982～1991年共进行内镜(Oiumpus GIF-K)检查3920例,60岁以上老年人410例,发现老年胃癌85例。老年人不仅胃癌发病率高,而且临床表现、好发部位、病理类型等有其特点,现报道如下。临床资料一、一般资料老年胃癌85例中,男64例,女21例,年龄60～81岁,其中60～69岁57例(67%),70～79岁26例(30.6%),80岁以上2例(2.4%)。二、主要症状上腹痛54例,食欲减退22例,暖气、上腹饱胀30例,消瘦25例,吞咽困难21例,上消化道出血15例,贫血24例。
